About BMS CAT
BMS Catastrophe is Steamatic’s Restoration Technologies Division. BMS CAT is our electronics and engineering section that deals with losses requiring objective assessment consultancy, management and rectification with insurance, technical issues assessment, chemical testing and specially designed cleaning protocols for restoration.
The cost of restoring much of a damage-affected building is approximately 10-30 percent of the cost of replacement. Where electronics are involved, the savings can be even greater. When you consider the value and importance of data and records to business, the costs of not recovering vital information can be beyond measure.
The key is having the right technology, ready for deployment. With a delay, the chances of returning equipment to pre-loss condition decrease.
