Frank, Steamatic Inc’s Director of Training, who flew in from Texas USA, is a globally recognised expert. His visit has brought together team members from across Australia, all eager to enhance their skills under his guidance.

Frank’s credentials are impressive. With 46 years of experience at Steamatic Inc in the USA, he has served in every area of the cleaning and restoration industry. For the past 29 years, he has been the Director of Training and Education, shaping the next generation of industry professionals.

Frank is also an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Accredited Instructor for courses in Carpet Cleaning, Fire Damage Restoration, Mould Remediation, and Water Damage Restoration. He holds Master Certification in Fire, Water Damage Restoration, Contents Restoration, and Mould Remediation. His additional certifications include ACAC Certified Microbial Remediator and NADCA Air Conveyance Systems Specialist.

Shaping Restoration Industry Standards

Frank’s influence extends beyond teaching; he has been instrumental in developing key industry standards. He serves as a committee member for the IICRC/ANSI S500 Water Damage and IICRC/ANSI S520 Mould Remediation Standards. He also contributes to the RIA Advisory Committee on Fire Damage Standard and serves as the Insurance Industry Continuing Education Coordinator for Steamatic, LLC.
