We have off-site storage facilities with complete inventory control and packing and transportation services, allowing us to carry out the restoration of your items without disruption to your business.

As we work with most insurance companies we are able to assist loss adjusters and other agents on your behalf, and thanks to a sophisticated national network, Steamatic also offers national coverage for those businesses that operate Australia-wide.

Steamatic has experienced staff trained to handle the appointed tasks and we specialise and combine our national resources to unite our skills, regardless of the size or location of the loss.

Many of our technical training programs are delivered by our own Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) accredited trainer, as well as, in partnership with key organizations in Australia and the United States.

In addition to our technical training, our staff understand the need for respect, integrity and compassion when dealing with clients who have suffered a loss.
