The Challenge:
Fire originated in Unit 8; fire, soot and smoke affected Unit 7, Unit 15, Common Area Stairwell and the Exterior of the building. The worst of the smoke contamination was above 5m. Scaffolding provided the reach required.
Solution Provided:
A full exterior clean including balcony and ceilings of affected units. Due to the height of the building scaffolding was utilized to access the elevated areas on the external walls.
