Mould Remediation
A major tertiary facility in a large regional town was subjected to damage by flood, with water levels in excess of 1.5 metres flowing throughout the facility.
The facility managers allowed the facility to sit and dry naturally whilst they sought advice from their various contractors on the reinstatement works. Upon engaging an independent hygienist, it was established that mould existed and Steamatic was appointed to perform mould remediation in 2 stages.
The remediation and decontamination were completed over a 6 week period and signed off by the Independent Hygienist.
